Amozonite

Amazonite is a translucent to opaque feldspar gemstone with a pretty green color. Generally pale aqua, others in the same family range from clear and white to pale yellow. Recent studies suggest that its blue-green color results from small quantities of lead and water in the feldspar. Amazonite is used in jewellery and as an ingredient in ceramics.

As a healing stone it is considered to be a calming stone believed to dispel negative energy and improve confidence.
