Emperor Pu’Erh

Product Description: Aged and fermented, Pu-erh tea is a special and precious tea from China which boasts many health benefits.  The fermentation process is a Chinese specialty and produces a class of teas known as Hei Cha.  Pu-erh comes from Yunnan Province  in China and is the most famous of the Hei Cha teas.  It is named after the trading post for dark tea in Imperial China.

Steeping Instructions: Steep 2 grams of tea in 6 ounces of boiling water for 2-3 minutes. Adjust time and amount of tea as per your taste preference.
