Tibetan Cinnamon Incense sticks are traditionally hand-rolled from cinnamon bark, natural herbs, oils and other ingredients. The sweet warm aroma boosts emotional well-being, combats depression and aids sleep. It also creates a conductive atmosphere for meditation, focus and relaxation.

Natural herbs and spices are pressed together in a masala preparation and shaped into the Tibetan style sticks.

Contains 30 sticks and 1 incense holder.
