Tibetan Valerian Incense sticks are traditionally hand-rolled from natural herbs, resins, spices, oils and other ingredients. Its floral, spicy aroma restores calm, encourages mental focus, and is beneficial for insomnia, irritability, depression, anxiety and nervous tension.

Natural herbs and spices are pressed together in a masala preparation and shaped into the Tibetan style sticks.

Contains 30 sticks and 1 incense holder.
